Our group co-chair, Katie Cullen (Columbus Association for the Performing Arts), will take us through her recent project to deliver refresher training to existing staff. She'll share her assessment survey which asked individuals to rate their confidence level when performing specific tasks so she could structure the training accordingly.
We'll finish by opening the floor for discussion about any and all training-related topics. We'll be using the Lean Coffee format, so if you've got a question or discussion prompt you'd like to get on the table in advance, you can add it here. You are equally welcome to bring questions along on the day

Hiya! Can I get the meeting passcode? I'm not seeing it anywhere unfortunately.
Ironically, I'll probably be unable to attend since I'm doing some training and a staff skills survey of our own earlier in the morning. If I can catch the tail end, I will. I'm really looking forward to any notes afterwards!
I'm also unable to attend as we have a big event here that day...I look forward to receiving the notes following the meeting...I'm totally intrigued by the idea of a refresher course AND assessment survey
