We're trying to identify peer organizations that utilize Tessitura CRM for registering & reporting on school programs. We want to use Tessitura in the most efficient way possible to ensure accurate reporting & tracking. Especially, for grant purposes & year-end reporting. Any helpful tips will be truly appreciated.

A little late to the party but here at the Science Museum Group in the UK all of our group bookings, including our schools' offer, are handled through Tessitura. We were processing visit requests manually into the system, but now have a bespoke online portal that allows teachers and other leaders of organised groups to self-serve. They can plot their chosen activities into a timeline to build their visit itinerary and make payment.
Earlier this week we saw the 10,000th booking to go through the online portal which we launched in May last year.
Having all the bookings in Tessitura allows us to report via Analytics.
I'd be super-happy to share more info or give a demo if we can figure out how to manage the time differences!
