We're trying to identify peer organizations that utilize Tessitura CRM for registering & reporting on school programs. We want to use Tessitura in the most efficient way possible to ensure accurate reporting & tracking. Especially, for grant purposes & year-end reporting. Any helpful tips will be truly appreciated.

I have built a performance season for our in school residency programs.We break out each residency by Grade Level (PriceType)
Then we use the EDU Customization to record percentages based on established school data on low income/school meals, gender, race/ethnicity.

We do all registration for our school (professional training programs and recreational programs) through Tessitura - potentially in a similar way to Megan. We do offer online registration for some of our programs through T-NEW with some admin work on the back end for those registrations as well. We are awaiting the Education Extension but have been able to make it work without it up to now. Would be happy to connect further on how we do it if you want.

I would love to connect to see how your programs are set up through Tessitura. We also have the registration portion going through T-NEW.
My organization does the majority of its registration through TNEW and we use a Tessitura built customization to collect student data. That data is then pullable using a very clunky custom-built report. Most of our programs are onsite technique-based classes that run 10-20 weeks long. We serve over 1000 students annually.
I primarily use the List functionality to pull transactional data sets that plug into Excel spreadsheets. I have been learning a lot more about Analytics and have been building dashboards to try and recreate my Excel spreadsheets, but so far, I am unimpressed. The custom spreadsheets I build are ten times better that what Analytics can create and even though it takes a bit more daily maintenance they are the better solution. I hope once I learn more, I am proven wrong.
