&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Issue:&lt;/strong&gt; You upgrade to a new version of Tessitura.&amp;nbsp; (In our case V15.1.4) and users who were receiving Daily Tessitura Analytics Reports stop receiving the report.&amp;nbsp; And you the creator of the dashboard get an error message like:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolution:&lt;/strong&gt; Each user must log in to Tessitura Analytics once after the upgrade. This seems to update the changed security setting for each user&amp;#39;s account.&amp;nbsp; Once this has been done thigs seem to work as expected.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
