I believe it is just a matter of the filters used by Chris that are not suitabel for your organisation.. it happened to me as well with one Tickets dashboard, and so I turned off the filter and I got some results. Maybe try to see what happens if you do...
Me too! I was just about to write a comment....
Hello all,
Not sure if this is just me, but I'm using the files from the updated ZIP and having trouble importing any of the Seats & Tickets cube dashboards. All of the others (Contributions and Finance) are importing and displaying expected, but nothing happens for the Seats & Tickets versions i.e. no confirmation is displayed and no error message either. I have full designer access and have tried this via both the client and the web application with the same result. I thought perhaps it could be due to the ampersand in the filenames, but renaming these makes no change.
Conscious this may be a local issue here, but am I missing something obvious / has anybody else experienced the same?
Many thanks,
Ed
Hi Laura,
Correct. Once updated to use your own data sources, the filters may are still set for my local sample data. During the workshop we'll have time to apply appropriate filters for your own data to the template dashboards. With those selections in place, you'll be able to apply those filter decisions to the Solutions dashboards too.
Cheers,Chris
I just want to confirm that two of the dashboards - Workshop: Contributions Filters and Workshop: Seats & Tickets Genre should be displaying 'No Results' when imported? The others all have data.
