I'm wondering if anyone has a script that can "undo" or "reverse" a ticket reprint? I've found an older thread that indicates someone has created something to help reverse a mistaken batch print.
In our case, a user accidentally reprinted an entire order, when they meant to only reprint certain parking tickets. They used order entry to reprint the tickets, not the batch printing module.
If anyone has something useful for a situation like this one, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
Michael
I need to use this tomorrow if anyone can help anthony@thehobbycenter.org
John A. Moskal II - me again! Any chance you could resend this script to me at my new org? mdorsey@spoletousa.org
We just had a similar situation here, and I did not carry that script with me from the MN Zoo to Spoleto. Sorry to bother you with the same thing, again!
Neil Cole Hey Neil! I don't have this script anymore, can you send a copy if you have it? We just had a similar situation here.
Michael, I just sent it.Neil
I was out for a few days on vacation. Looks like Neil got you already; you still need anything from me, or are you good to go now? Happy to send if you still need anything.
Thanks John A. Moskal II! Yes, Neil got me what I needed. We were able to roll back the reprint and our Patron Services Manager was very happy. The order was a big one for a VIP who had already distributed tickets to others. Thanks for all the help you give!
Not sure if anyone still has this, but I would love to look at it. cm6502@nyu.edu. Thank you in advance.
Sent. Hope it helps!
Would you mind sending it my way as well? rholyoak@slco.org
On its way now.
Jumping in here with a need to solve this problem. Can I get the script too please? Thank you!
Adriana, they'll need your email in order to send the script to you. I have a copy of it that I can send to you.
John, would you be willing to share this with me? I would really appreciate it. Thanks! eve@theparamount.net
Thanks Neil, I ended up contacting Tessitura support and they very helpfully gave me a script to use so I'm all sorted now.
