Hello All
The Royal Winnipeg Ballet is in the process of going live with the Tessitura Software, and am wondering if anyone has a Data Entry Standards Document that we could get ideas from with creating new Customer Records. We have a training session with Becci yesterday, and she told me that if I post here that maybe someone could help us out, instead of trying to re-invent that wheel.
So any information that you could send my way would be GREATLY appreciated. Here is my email address if you want to just send it directly to me dwallin@rwb.org.
Thanks You
Debbie Wallin, Accounting Manager

Hi Debbie.
We have a standard document that outlines what people should and shouldn’t do, when creating a new constituent.
We are a consortium, so there are stricter guidelines around data entry, but we’re happy to share what we can with you, if that would be of assistance?
Good luck!

We are just getting started with Tessitura, and would greatly appreciate any forms or "how to's" on proper constituent entry.
I'd appreciate the help.
Thanks,
