  • HI Barb! Our IT department along with Adage, who powers our website, worked together. I provided the logic of what I needed and they made the magic happen. The volunteer calendar basically mirrors the show calendar that was already in existence for our guests to purchase tickets. They just made a few modifications to accommodate the needs of the volunteer department.
  • Hi! I am pretty new to the community but glad I found you all. It is amazing to have others to relate to. Many of you may already know about this, but I also found this in the archives of 2015 Tessitura conference. I found some interesting ideas in here as well. http://www.tessituranetwork.com/en/network/Conference/Conference%20Materials%20Archive/2015%20Conference%20Materials.aspx/ The title is: Tracking and Managing Volunteers (A&F DEV MKT TKT MBR)

  • This response really shows how many of us require a volunteer management solution built into Tess. The web portal is the part I'm most curious about.
