My name is Carlos, and I'm relatively new to Tessitura. While the videos and help from my colleagues have been pretty helpful so far, I've run into a situation that no one can seem to figure out. Here's my dilemma: I'm trying to pull a list of all contributions from constituents for a calendar year. I've managed to figure out both Donor FY Giving Summary and the Constituent Contribution Summary Receipt Utility. However, when looking at the data, it doesn't include the individual pledge payments made within the set dates. Is there a way to do this via another report or via an element in an output settings through a list?
Any help, insight, and some good vibes (cause it's stressing me out), would be sincerely appreciated.

Hi Carlos,
I have used the Campaign Giving Comparison Report under Reports and Utilities>Campaign Appeal Folder. I set the Group 1s for what I'm looking for and set the Group 2s to a campaign that does not have contributions, like possibly a ticketing campaign. The report will then only show the Group 1 results because Group 2 didn't have any contributions. You can select next to get to the second parameters window and choose the creditee types you would like to see included in the results. The only thing to be careful about is this reports uses Contribution Date not Transaction Date.

Pledge payments drive me up the wall so in order to help out my dev department I made this SSRS report for pledge schedules (from code I borrowed from Clint Dawley from Dallas Zoo). The totals are in separate columns to make it easy to filter and total in excel. If you want I can send the Stored Procedure and .rdl file over. This one is for our Capital Campaign and shows the pledge schedule listing the payed and unpaid. It also works for our Education - Advanced Training course which is payed in installments as pledges.
Heath, if you wouldn’t mind, I would also love those files to test out on our system. The stuff I put together isn’t sustainable, so I’m looking for other options!

All sent. The SQL is super simple and all commented for simple mods to include Gifts and fully paid Pledges.
