EuTUG meeting at TEC14

Hi everyone

Just an update following a brief EuTUG meeting at TEC14.

The main area for discussion on Tuesday was around a proposal to create some smaller user TUGs that we are calling 'Topic TUGS', these can be for a department or for a particular Tessitura subject for example some ideas that came out of the meeting were:

Education

Pricing in V12

Development and Corporate

Finance, VAT and Gift Aid

FOH and Customer Service

There has been a particular interest in getting a smaller Education Topic TUG started so we will arrange that to happen within the next month and will send out separate details. We will still keep the quarterly EuTUG meetings going and a summary of the Topic TUGS, MAC committee and updates from venues will feed into the quarterly meetings.

If anyone has a particular Topic TUG they would like or is interested in running one then please let me know and if you can get as many people from your organisation to join the EuTUG group on the website as possible then we can let then know when Topic TUGs are coming up. We will aim for 2 Topic TUGS per quarter and anyone will be able to join the discussion and minutes will be uploaded to the groups page on here.
