Please use the free multi-level parking garage at Whole Foods . Elevator access from/to the garage is a stone's throw from 99 Bottles' door. We are immensely grateful for everyone's participation in our survey. The majority of responses to the survey indicated that Sarasota is the preferred location. In List Manager I added elements Ticketing - Ticket History / Tickets Performance date and T icketing - Ticket History / Tickets Performance Name to the Output. When I Export to CSV the list generates every performance the constituent got. The one today, there were 3 Abandoned Carts. The list generated 271 lines of data. Why is it pulling all the extra data? I need the number of tickets and sales amount for both codes. I've tried the below before reaching out to Tessitura. They suggested the Revenue by Source and Appeal. But that didn't really give my any results. Revenue by Source and Appeal - which didn't yield any sales. I entered the Campaign, Appeals, Source Detail, Appeal Detail, with & without a List, Mode By Order/Contribution Appeal as well as By Transaction Appeal, Start and End Date. Appeal Response - with the Appeal, As of Order Date & Mode of Sale which generated a report with less than 30 tickets for each of the codes. This is hard to believe with the high volume of email and mailers. I'm trying to figure out if Extractions would work. I've read the guides but can't seem to figure it out. I've not used Extraction Manager. Does anyone have any insight you can share? Thank you! When she went to print the batch, the tickets printed with no info except on one set, the very first ticket print presented by The Florida Orchestra and a couple of then printed the word COMP only. Tessitura has looked at the set up and suggested validating the map but no other ideas. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks you! I hope the beginning of the snow bird season is treating you all well. While we're all in the thick of our busy season, it can seem daunting to look too far ahead, but the harsh reality is that v16 is coming for us whether we're ready or not. So, Amy and I thought that giving people the opportunity to put aside 1 hour to concentrate solely on v16 with a small group would be just the thing to avoid being in chaos later. We won't just be watching the existing recordings. We'll be joined by Alex Harris of the Tessitura Network who will do a brief what-you-need-to-know, but the rest of the time will be left for just our group to ask all the v16 questions we can think of. Not sure what you'd want to ask? To gear up for this opportunity, we invite you to check out the v16 HUB and v16 Training . Tessitura has put out a wealth of materials (which, admittedly, can seem overwhelming) to assist organizations in being ready to move to v16. At TLCC Denver, The Public and The National Ballet of Canada presented on Managing your Upgrade like a Change Management Project. They both offered great tips on timelines, training and communications. I'd be happy to share the slides from the session with anyone that wasn't able to attend the session. It can be daunting to face change, but it feels a lot better when you're prepared. We hope you'll join us at your desk for this virtual meet-up.
