Hi Liz - we are online for the first meeting, & we can certainly discuss what we'd find useful as a group going forward, & whether our second meeting could be in person... I'll keep an eye on the EU ticketing agenda & add topics to ours, thanks for the suggestion. And thanks for offering to host, I really hope we can take you up on it soon, & eat fish & chips together!
Hi, just been checking out the EU ticketing event in Gateshead in June and interested in some of the discussion topics and hoping we can add them to the Midlands agenda. Eg encouraging customers back, do you incentivise in some way. Also not sure if you've chosen online as it's our first meet up but we'd be happy to host if we'd like an in person meet up. Thanks
